Stefanos Nicolaou is a successful Senior Executive who uses a results-oriented approach in whatever he does and who has a track record of leading multiple multi-cultural teams who have constantly delivered outstanding results. His accumulation of experiences in several sectors and his strengths on managing to leverage the best practices across all fields has led him to drive companies to successful horizons.
He is a multi-skilled, multi-faceted, multi-talent, and experienced leader who is able to bring a fresh perspective to existing business approaches and operations for any organization.
Furthermore, a visionary and thought leader that is attracted and inspired by the most needed to see the most challenging, exciting and inspiring possibilities clearly. In his present role, he leads the organization to year on year growth, and is proud to say that his work has a direct bearing on the decisions made by company and consistent projectory for growth. He sits and has a major role as a Board Director making crucial decisions for the enablement and growth of the organization in multiple Geographies.
Stefanos also currently holds & serves positions on the Boards of several Directorships providing his insights and strong knowledge base. His experience has to do with businesses and outcomes within the Middle East with stronghold and understand of the region and diversification models to enable business growth and strategic intent towards the vision statements and objectives of the businesses, governmental, non- governmental and enterprise establishments.

Under his stewardship, P. Euripides & Associates LLC has carved a niche specializing in comprehensive Project Management, Engineering, and Architectural Services, tailored to meet the unique needs of major projects across diverse sectors. Panicos is widely acknowledged for his pivotal role in reshaping prominent corporations and aligning their strategic direction with global market dynamics. His robust boardroom experience includes engagements with leading conglomerates in the Middle East, India, and Cyprus.
Panicos holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Additionally, he completed an intensive two-year Project Management (PM) training program at Exxon in the USA, further enhancing his expertise in delivering innovative solutions and fostering sustainable growth strategies on a global scale.

Olesya (Chrysanthou) Rybkina exemplifies excellence in accounting and compliance. For over 15 years, she has led a dynamic team at CPV Corporate, which provides specialized services in accounting, business consulting, corporate training, and executive coaching. Her expertise spans AML, accounting and finance, cybersecurity, and teaching based on education from StP Finance Uni, Manchester Uni, Nicosia Uni, ACCA, MIT, and Ireland Cyber Academy, making her a sought-after consultant and trainer.
Her leadership extends to prominent roles, including President of the Women in Business Committee of the Cyprus-Saudi Arabia Association and board member of the Cyprus-Qatar Business Association. These positions underscore her unwavering commitment to fostering international business relationships and empowering women in business, demonstrating her dedication and global perspective.
She actively participates in education as a member of the Education Committee at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), ensuring the next generation of accountants is well-prepared. Her dedication, combined with hard work and passion, achieves outstanding results.

Abdel-Malak is a Fulbright scholar and Stanford University alum. During her time in the US, Abdel-Malak won coveted internship appointments in Washington, D.C., at the Cyprus Embassy and head-hunted by Greek-American magnate, Angelo Tsakopoulos, to intern at The Western Policy Center, a think tank devoted to issues in the eastern Mediterranean and southern Balkan regions that later merged with the Woodrow Wilson Center. She also proudly served as President of the Hellenic Association at Stanford (HellAS), founding member and vice-president of the Lebanese Students Association at Stanford (LSA), on Stanford’s AXE Committee and as Associate Editor of the Stanford Journal of International Relations.
After graduation Abdel-Malak returned to Cyprus, where she put her love for promoting Cyprus internationally to work, founding a Cyprus-based trade group that partnered with Reed Exhibitions & DMG World Media organizing Cyprus National Pavilion participations in the biggest trade shows in the world from New York to Moscow, Amsterdam, Milan, Warsaw, Bahrain, Dubai. At the time, she was the youngest and only female board member of the Cyprus-Lebanon Business & Professional Association that is under the auspices of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Over the last decade, Abdel-Malak is an avid entrepreneur, invested in several wide-ranging projects. At the same time, she accesses her strong networks, both locally and abroad, to selectively assist parties seeking to build profitable connections with others.
Recently she has been appointed on the board of the Cyprus-Qatar Business Association, which is under the auspices of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry. She also serves as the founder and President of the Stanford Alumni Association Cyprus.
Abdel-Malak was born and raised in Cyprus, shuttling between civil-war-torn Beirut and Nicosia. She is a polyglot and a travel buff visiting 35 countries and counting. In her free time over the years, Abdel-Malak has devoted her energy to her community by serving as PTA President of her children’s school, organizing volunteer tree-planting expeditions to fire-ravaged parts of the Troodos Forest, spearheading and coordinating the collection and shipment of aid and food to Lebanon in times of crises and assisting the Lebanese Druze Orphanage in any virtual way she can. Abdel-Malak is working on two books, one about her formative experiences in the US and the other about her family history, which dates back to the eighth century ADE.
